SunVax is a pioneering biotechnology company located in the Greater Boston area, specializing in the development of advanced lipid nanoparticle (LNP) delivery systems and self-amplifying mRNA (samRNA) platforms. Leveraging a proprietary library of over one million molecular structures, SunVax has synthesized and screened more than 60,000 ionizable lipids through high-throughput methods. To accelerate progress in the mRNA research community, SunVax launched a series of ready-to-use mouse/human T cell and CD8 T cell specific delivery LNP kits for research use only for proof-of-concept and screening mRNA constructs ex vivo (in mouse splenic cells, or in human PBMC cells), and in vivo (mouse or humanized mouse).
Cell-type specificity: Enabling targeted delivery to human T cells with exceptional selectivity.

The kits exhibit excellent encapsulation efficiency, generate nanoparticles with a uniform average size of approximately 100 nm, and maintain a low polydispersity index (PDI).

Figure 3. Stability of human T cell targeted LNP-mRNA generated by SV102 Delivery™ Kits. The human T cell targeted LNP-mRNA underwent three freeze–thaw cycles prior to transfect human PBMC cells. Shown are nanoparticle size (A), polydispersity index (PDI) (B), and transfection efficiency in human PBMC cells (C).

Figure 4. The SV102 Delivery™ kit demonstrated robust transfection efficiency and cell-type specificity in human PBMC cells. In vitro transfection efficacy: Human PBMC cells were transfected with LNP–mRNA encoding eGFP, formulated using the SV102 Delivery™ kit as indicated. Shown are representative FACS plots (A) and the percentage of GFP⁺ cells (B) one day post-transfection, as determined by flow cytometry.
